The first Egyptian themes became apparent as Napoleon took over Egypt, and brought back artifacts from Egypt. Regency Styles became a continuation of the Empire style where a great interest in ancient Rome and Greece became apparent.</p>
<p>Prince George became the ruler of the monarch between 1811-1820, and had his own interpretation of style. It was then popular to copy actual furniture of the classical Roman and Greek times.
