Paris Hiltons home was listed on Realtor this week for rent for 20K per month. The house, located on Kings Road in West Hollywood sold in 2007 for $3.8 million and is currently available to rent for $20,000 a month. Hilton wanted to buy a larger home in a gated community, according to her aunt Kyle Richards who appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Mauricio Umansky, her uncle is the listing agent of the property, a prominent Beverly Hills real-estate brokerage Hilton & Hyland co-owned by Ms. Hilton's father, Rick Hilton. Looking at Realtor, you will see how open the property is to the public, so it is no wonder why she wanted to leave the area. Paris bought the house in 2004 for $2.9 million during the second season of The Simple Life. The house is decorated in Hollywood Regency style, with a black and white theme accented with mirrored furniture. One bedroom was transformed into a walk-in closet, while another room was turned into a security control room. The house also was equipped with modern audio/visual system was built throughout the house for Hollywood parties. Built in 1926, the property includes a pool, a Jacuzzi and a waterfall.
